What is your refund policy?

Can you help with other content management systems?

We currently can only help with WordPress. If and when we begin catering for other CMS’ we will announce them on our social media pages, you’re welcome to follow them.

What is your turn around time?

Usually we require 1-2 business days. However, depending on the task, if we need more time we will provide an ETA when we send the quote.

Do you store my credit card details?

No, WP Genie is pay as you go service hence we do not store credit card details.
